Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Wocx LLC ("WOCX", "we", "us") collects when you visit wocx.agency or work with us, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal padding.

Who we are

Wocx LLC is a Shopify development studio registered in Montana, United States. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and to run the site:

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, company or store URL, and anything else you choose to include when you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or book a call.
• Booking information. Calls are scheduled through Calendly, which collects your name, email and chosen time slot in order to create the appointment.
• Usage information. Standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location at city or country level, referring site, device type and browser. This is collected through Google Analytics 4 and is not used to identify you personally.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not ask for sensitive categories of personal data.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or plan.
• To deliver and support work you have engaged us for.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
• To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Services we rely on

Running the site and the business means a small number of third parties process data on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage measurement.
• Calendly — call scheduling. Loading the scheduler on our contact section may set cookies from Calendly.
• Email and messaging providers — to receive and reply to your messages, including WhatsApp where you choose to use it.

Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar storage for two purposes: analytics, through Google Analytics, and the embedded Calendly scheduler where present. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will continue to work.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and project correspondence are kept while the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can support work we have built and meet accounting requirements. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics defaults. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to certain processing. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, these rights come from the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you comparable rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

To exercise any of these, email hello@wocx.agency. We will respond within 30 days. You will not be charged for a reasonable request.

Security

We use encrypted connections, limit access to client data to the people doing the work, and do not retain store credentials after a project ends. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise, but we treat access to a client's store as something to hold briefly and return.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
